How to search for products?

Search for products by entering the product name or keyword into the Search Bar at the top of any page. Try to enter a general description. The more keywords you use, the fewer products you will get on the results page. When you find a product you’re interested in, simply click the product name or the product image for more details.

A. According to the refund and return policy, if the products comply with that policy or didn’t match the product description we will gladly refund you partially or send another order to you.

A. When a product is reviewed and refund is approved it takes about 7-10 days excluding weekends and holidays.

Q. What happened if I don’t receive my Order?

A. Contact us immediately if the estimated delivery times exceed and you haven’t received your products, so we check why the order didn’t arrive, note if you provide a wrong address you won’t have the privilege to get a refund or sending back the item.

A. Once you made a purchase and you decided to change your mind about the product contact us immediately to cancel the order note: you must contact us before 24hrs payment was made. and issuing refunds takes 7-10 days.

A. To view the list of all your orders, login and click on my account and then my orders to see all your orders. you can also see order updates on your account.

Q. I didn’t see my invoice on my email?

A. Sometimes due to google bot, some emails are been sent to spam box please kindly check your spam box and mark as not spam to receive future emails to your inbox if you did then contact us asap.

Q. Where do you ship from?

A. We ship from our suppliers located in the USA, France, and China etc. So expect your items to be shipped separately(if you order more than one item) as different country or suppliers specialize in different areas of manufacturing

Q. Which currency will I be charged in?

A. We process all orders in USD. While the content of the cart is displayed in several currencies, you will be charged equivalent to the product price in your local currency.

Q. What can I do with my reward points?

A. You can buy products using your reward points or exchange it for a coupon to purchase a product with a discount.
